The Innovation Pathway is how Leading Cities and our core partners translate shared resilience priorities into real-world adoption and replication. We move solutions from defined challenge to sustained implementation by strengthening readiness, reducing risk, aligning incentives, and combining capital, capability and ecosystem access.
